IF I COMPETED LAST YEAR CAN I COMPETE AGAIN?
Not this year. But if you competed two years ago or more and didn’t place, you can submit again this year!
If my band submitted LAST YEAR but was not chosen as one of the 16 bands that competed, can i submit this year?
Yes!
WHo will select the 16 bands/ who will judge the competition?
All competitor selectors and judges will be impartial industry professionals separate from OWL staff and ownership.
what if i’m not 21?
For this event, all band members must be 21+.
can my band apply if we are signed?
Yes, but you must get any necessary approvals from your label, management, etc.
is there a radius clause for these shows?
Our venue’s radius clause is waived for this competition!
